I’m the Global Lighting & Compositing Supervisor at DreamWorks TV, where I oversee lighting standards, workflows, and pipeline development across all DWTV productions. I’m passionate about working at the intersection of art and technology, and I’m always looking to grow, both creatively and technically, through new challenges inside and outside of work.

✅ Responsibilities
- Global Lighting & Compositing Supervisor at DreamWorks TV. In charge of Lighting Standards, Workflows, and Pipeline for all DWTV productions.
- Designing workflows and developing software used by hundreds of artists around the world.
- Developing robust object-oriented Python frameworks for common tasks.
- Moving new productions from development into full production, onboarding and training lighting teams internally and at partner studios.
- Bridging communication between internal teams and external studios and vendors to align technical solutions with creative goals and ensure efficient production workflows.
- Managing an in-house team of lighting artists and TDs on day-to-day tasks and long-term R&D projects.
📈 Key Projects
- Transitioned the studio from a legacy Linear/sRGB color pipeline to an OCIO backed workflow with ACES, Wide Color Gamut, and HDR.
- Developed a sequence based, USD backed, lighting and rendering pipeline in a game engine for episodic production.
- Aligned multiple departments codebases to use our core libraries, greatly cutting down on similar and duplicate code.
- Brought thousands of lines of legacy code up to modern development standards including PEP8, logging, Python 3 compatibility, testing, etc.

- DreamWorks TechCon Team Initiative Award for my work on the DreamWorks TV Game Engine Pipeline.

- Look development, sequence lighting, and shot lighting in Maya using Redshift.
